NEW IN 2025!

MEMBERSHIP PASS copy

Starting the 2025-2026 school year, the OCA is moving to a new DIGITAL CARD! These will be sent to members (and later to their 1 complimentary guest) who have enrolled and paid their membership dues to the Oklahoma Coaches Association for this school year.

When you complete your membership and pay your membership fee, you will be sent (via email) instructions for placing your digital membership card into your APPLE WALLET or GOOGLE WALLET on your mobile device.

Barcodes can also be used for a variety of uses at the school level! (ex: sign-in sheets at Region Meetings, or clinic signups, or for re-enrolling for next year's memberships!)

It's really easy to access and easy to use and... IT'S FREE!

(* Printed membership card are available for retired members, but you will need to please contact Lea Mouss at the OCA office and she will assist you on that.)

OCA STAFF ON VACATION; WILL RETURN AUGUST 11TH 

The OCA staff will not be in the office the week of August 3-9th... We will all return on Monday, August 11th... so if you have a payment that has not posted, a question that has not been answered, a pass that has not been sent yet, or any other business, Lea or one of the staff will answer your question when we return.

COACH'S MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Coaches who either paid at the 2025 clinic or whose district Purchase Orders were PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO CLINIC, should have received their Digital Pass in their email that we have in our database.
NOTE: There are some school districts who will block the sent email going out, so please be sure to check with your district's I.T. department if you have not received yours yet.

Guest Passes will be sent out soon... please make sure that you have filled in all of your Guest Pass information (first & last name, and their email address) in the Member Info Hub.

GUEST MEMBERSHIP CARDS

For members who have paid for their membership (see above) their guest pass will be emailed SEPARATELY. Please be sure that you (the coach member) have filled out the Guest Pass information on the Member Info Hub... both the FULL NAME and the correct EMAIL ADDRESS of the guest.

IMPORTANT: Currently the passes are being done manually, so will not be sent right away. Reports will be run even TUESDAY and THURSDAY evenings, until the automatic process is created.
